Convenient Location: Located in the heart of the historic district of Monti, the apartment was just a stone's throw away from the buzzing Piazza di Spagna. Exploring the city was a breeze as we were minutes away from Via Nazionale and iconic landmarks like Trevi Fountain and the Roman Forum.
Elevator Issues: Although the apartment was located on the 4th floor, there was no proper elevator.

Nice large apartment centrally located. We were 4 and there was plenty of space for everyone.
Large clean apartment, responsive to our requests, centrally located, good value, good communication, 2 bathrooms, easy check-in, close to train station.
Air conditioning not strong, only one air conditioner in one of the bedrooms so cooling not great when very hot, but fans on the ceiling helped.

I stayed at Rione Monti for a week and it was lovely. The property is modern, spacious, and had all the facilities I needed. The host was amazing - they spoke English well, were responsive, and even booked us a taxi from the airport. The location is great, close to the metro, Colosseum, and Central Station. The apartment itself was comfortable, with large rooms and private bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped and the place was clean and tidy.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and lacks a proper elevator, which may pose difficulties with mobility issues.
